Why Do People Gamble? Aradhye Axat

So I was watching the 1st match between the Indian cricket team and that of the Irish in Dublin. Every over break was full of Pari Match ads.

And then, in the second & final match of the series, Betway was repped by Rannvijay et al wearing tuxedos with green bow ties, for some reason. If it was to grab eyeballs, it succeeded. If it was to make me bet on Betway, it did not work at any level. But then again, I do not gamble.

I do not understand why people do it, either. Please feel free to share what you think, comments are open on stck.me now! It is GREAT NEWS!

On the side hoardings surrounding the field of play was Stake dot com. I looked at their website to find out what they were and surprise surprise, they were also a betting site. X Drake / wolf777 / Dublin - James Joyce - Ulysses, Dubliners, Finnegan's Wake / 1XBET 1XBAT ? Dwayne Bravo / Betwinner Harbhjan Singh Bhajji Turbanator / dafabet / #INDvsBAN

From the above series of seemingly disjointed bits and pieces comes the epiphany that unpredictability is intrinsic in nature - it is chaos.

Since chaos is another word for entropy, it stands to reason that we will only manage to increase chaos in the world, no matter what we try to do.

This is an actual physics law - entropy in a system can never decrease, hence the eventual heat death of the universe. But not in our lifetimes! :)

So until our little existence on the cosmic scale lasts, let's try to leave a larger-than-life positive impact on our little blue planet. Ok that is going in the next rhyme - or rap, because I have read that anything is rap now.

Judge for yourself in this playlist to take a gamble at wordplay gambols.
