Gravik was the Little Badass then, and joined Fury of his own free will.

The surrealistic yellow-green opening credits have the White House too.

Besties Talos/Fury have a tiff about a million Skrulls walking the earth.

Oh no! Maria Hill's character is dead, and her mother is miffed about it.

And in London, Gravik stages a coup and is instated as Skrull General.

A familiar face shows up at a tribunal - Col. Rhodes AKA War Machine.

And he pulls no punches in firing Fury from clandestine operations! lol

Elsewhere, the alleged American who got caught in Moscow's bombsite is tortured by Sonya, a character who we saw before as the head of MI6.

Now this is where I will go off on a [longer] pop-culture tangent. Olivia Colman is an Oscar winner for The Favorite, and might have a long shot far-off connection to Kishanganj in Bihar! She has also appeared in The Night Manager the Indian version of which is being seen by us right now.

Anil Kapoor is a veteran Indian actor with a strong Hollywood portfolio, notably Mission Impossible 4, Oscar winner Slumdog Millionaire, & 24.

Getting back to Secret Invasion: the rebel Skrulls are DNA collectors too.

Groot, Frost Beast [Thor], Cull Obsidian, Extremis are in their collection.

Sonya extracts the info from the captured Skrull by injecting fire in him.

Gravik + G'iah [Gaia] arrive with an extraction team to lift 'im outa there.

Sonya escapes through the freezer's escape hatch floor, hence the name.

Brogan is killed by bro Pagon for having divulged the Skrull's secrets...

Turns out, Fury has a Skrull secret/secret Skrull - too! Episode 2 ends.
