Ahsoka Part 1 - Master & Apprentice

Ah! So kaleidoscopic is Star Wars that I feel I must give you, dear reader, a prism through which to refract all the intertwining as well as parallel stories and arcs which have brought Rosario Dawson's character to life.

First up, here is The Mandalorian, in which we saw Ahsoka impart good advice to Din Djarin [Pedro Pascal] about Grogu AKA Baby Yoda the Jedi.

Then there is The Book of Boba Fett, which I loved because of Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen - both great personalities and action figures.

There are many more parts that make a whole greater than their sum, like Andor, and so we come to the latest piece of this Ship of Theseus.

On with the show! The first episode's named Part One. I'll leave it at that.

The premiere episodes have my fav numbers as their runtimes: 54 & 42.

Darth Vader, C3PO, a couple of Mandalorians, a droid, a few new visors = the all-red silhoutte parade: no blue ones in this usual suspects' lineup.

Here we go, the episode name is M & A. Not Mergers & Acquisitions - tho that can be seen as an underlying theme of Star Wars - solo & alliances.

I have spoken before about Hindi's influence on Star War nomenclature, and this character is another example: King Ashoka of Buddhism fame.

And another name drops - Azadi, taken straight up with no adulteration.

At the end of Part One [no spoilers here!], there is a dedication to "Ray."
